The Governor of Buenos Aires Province, Axel Kicillof, highlighted the 'seriousness' of the Congressional investigation into the so-called Libra case and demanded a 'thorough investigation' into the link with President Javier Milei. 'There is a great seriousness in the commission's work; they have uncovered a whole plot involving the case,' stated the provincial governor in an interview with Noticias Argentinas. Kicillof stated that the legislators 'call for following those who enriched themselves' and emphasized that, according to the investigation's progress, 'the President himself is involved'. 'With all due caution, I ask that a thorough investigation be conducted.' The governor also mentioned the statements of American Hayden Davis, who 'says that the money invested belongs to the President's circle', which, he noted, 'aggravates the need to clarify what happened'. When asked if he expects to be summoned by the Minister of the Interior, Diego Santilli, to dialogue, Kicillof was skeptical. 'It's difficult. I hope that officials will last in time and be able to fulfill their functions,' he expressed.
